Updated: March 29, 2018

This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Addaline website and various related Services, as defined in the Service Terms. Funbers Telecom Corporation (“Addaline” or "Funbers" or referred to as “us” or “we”).  We are committed to protecting your privacy online. We will only use your Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”,  defined as information or pieces of information that identify you as an individual, such as a name and address or name and financial information) to provide Services to you, as required by our agreements with you.

OUR APPROACH TO PRIVACY

Funbers is committed to protecting the privacy of our Subscribers, Contract Subscribers, resellers and other visitors to our website. You acknowledge that this Privacy Policy is part of our Service Terms, and by accessing or using our website and/or the Services, you agree to be bound by the Service Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use this website or the Services.

1. Information Collection.

We do not collect  your PII, with the exception of mobile identification addresses and internet protocol addresses necessary to make the Service function, unless you voluntarily provide it to us or you authorize us to collect it. You provide certain PII to us when:

(a) you subscribe for Services with us and complete the required registration materials (which include, among other PII, your e-mail address, home address, credit card or other payment information);

(b) you enter your telephone number in the account of a Subscriber of the Service;

(c) you request to disclose your identity through any available public profile page or widget; and

(d) you send e-mail messages, submit forms or transmit other information by internet, telephone or letter;

We may also collect information from you at other points on our website that state that such information is being collected.

We will only use your PII to provide our services to you, as required by our Service Terms with you. We may use PII to deliver information to you and to contact you regarding administrative notices. We may also use PII to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our agreements with you, including our Service Terms, and this Privacy Policy.

Our primary goal in collecting information from you is to attempt to provide you with an error free and useful customer experience.

Subscribing to the Services is your assent for us to collect PII in order to provide the Services.  Any comments or feedback requested, or that you voluntarily provide to us also allows us to collect PII from you. PII we collect may include, but is not limited to, your first and last name, mailing address (including zip code), e-mail address, employer, job title and department, telephone and facsimile numbers, and other personal identifying information. When subscribing, you may be asked to provide a credit card or other payment information.  Some of this information is mandatory to become a Subscriber to Funbers.  By the nature of the Services we offer, we also collect the forwarding telephone numbers entered into your account as well as data pertaining to calls that are connected through use of the Service, such as the phone numbers of the parties to the call, the length of the call, the starting and ending time of the call and similar information. In some cases, Services may include voice mail capabilities, customizable messages, and personal profile information (which may also include images and other personal information that you provide).

We also collect other information that is not considered PII, which is information that does not by itself identify a specific individual.  For example, we gather certain information about you based upon where you visit our website in several ways to improve site and application performance. This information is compiled and analyzed on both a single user and an aggregated basis.

2. With whom do we share your information?

We do not sell, trade, or rent your PII to others. We do provide some of our services through contractual arrangements with other third party contractors. We and our contractors use your PII to operate our sites and to deliver Services. For example, we must release your credit card information to the card-issuing bank to confirm payment for Services; we also provide your phone number and the phone number of a person desiring to contact you via the Services to the appropriate telephony service providers required to connect the call.

We will encourage contractors to adopt and post privacy policies. However, the use of your PII by our service partners is governed by the privacy policies of those service partners, and is not subject to our control.

Occasionally we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide PII to the appropriate governmental authorities.

We will disclose PII upon receipt of a court order, subpoena, request from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act court (or their designee, such as the National Security Agency) or to cooperate with a law enforcement investigation. We fully cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. Further, we reserve the right to disclose PII to protect the rights, property, or safety of our website and other users of the site.  None of the foregoing shall be construed as creating any duty or obligation on us to monitor your activities on the website or your use of the Services.

Information collected by us may be transferred (or otherwise shared) in connection with the sale or merger of Funbers Telecom Corp., a sale of substantially all of Funbers Telecom Corp., assets, the formation of joint venture or similar arrangement with third-parties, or in connection with a judicial proceeding. Further, we may disclose information to third parties that sign a non-disclosure and non-use agreement (in form and substance acceptable to us) that requires such third party to comply in substance with this Privacy Policy with respect to such disclosed information.

3. Process to Update Your Account

You have the ability to access and edit your account, including PII that you provided to us. You may not have the ability to access, view and/or change certain PII that we collect based on use of the Services (such as archival backup and recovery data, data on the phone calls connected through the Services, data recorded by your principal carrier and data collected with respect to visits to your Funbers web page such as IP address or mobile phone identification data.)

We encourage you to promptly update your PII immediately upon any changes.

4. Requests for Other Services.

Funbers may, from time to time, send you e-mail regarding the Services or updates and additions thereto.

5. Funbers Security Measures

At our website your PII is secure, and consistent with current industry standards. The importance of security for all PII associated with our user is of utmost concern to us. Your PII is protected in several ways. Access by you to your PII is available through a personal identification number (PIN) and e-mail address selected by you. You are responsible for the safe and secure storage of your password for your own records.  You should not divulge your password to anyone. In addition, your PII resides on a secure server that only selected Funbers personnel and contractors have access to via password.

In order to most efficiently serve you, credit card transactions are handled by established third party banking, processing agents and distribution institutions. They receive the information needed to verify and authorize your credit card or other payment information and to process payment for the services offered by Funbers.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE, REPRESENT OR WARRANT SECURITY BREACHES WILL NOT HAPPEN THAT ARE BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL, THAT ARE BY MALICIOUS ACTORS OR THAT EXCEED INDUSTRY STANDARDS; SUCH BREACHES MAY BE CONDUCTED FROM “HACKERS” OR INDIVIDUALS, ORGANIZATIONS OR SOVEREIGN ENTITIES WHO SEEK TO INTENTIONALLY WRONGFULLY ACQUIRE DATA.  CONSIDER THIRD PARTY IDENTITY THEFT INSURANCE.
